response to ck's 'big white'
best i could do without snow. no people, though. while i am trying to take snapshots with people, i think the difficulty of taking a shot on the afternoon commute without a single soul in the frame should be noted and appreciated.

That's a lot of white, and a lot of white space.
No snow, but that's a good thing on a ferry. I did see snow on a ferry once, it was the night of the last or second to last Adobe Prom.

i liked your photo and wanted to take a well balanced white photo. in the end, i was able to incorporate my three favorite colors: white, blue and grey/black
