Why are there so many 2s on the streets of Seattle? And why don't I have a number 2 t-shirt yet?

i'd guess seattle has no more 2's on the street than any other city. apparently, i am filtering out all of the other numbers.
i could design a 2 t-shirt and post it to cafe press. good work item for the rainy weekend!
